Olga Kondrashova
Dr Olga Kondrashova earned her Bachelor of Forensics Science (Hons) at Bond University, Gold Coast in 2011. She then changed her research focus to oncology, receiving her PhD on molecular profiling of ovarian cancer from the University of Melbourne in 2016. As part of her PhD she was involved in the establishment of the ALLOCATE project, a pilot study demonstrating feasibility of genomic profiling patients with recurrent ovarian cancer with the aim of allocating patients to targeted therapies. Following this, she joined A. Prof. Clare Scott’s lab at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute undertaking her postdoctoral studies on mechanisms of PARP inhibitor sensitivity and resistance in ovarian carcinomas.
